"Did I Expect Too Much From Customer Service?"
I had an issue with my order, so I emailed support a couple of times. I got one basic reply, and then after that, nothing. Maybe I’m being a little impatient or expecting too much, but it was really frustrating. It kind of felt like once they had my money, they weren’t too worried about helping me anymore.

"Pretty good, just not quite wow"
I liked this chocolate overall, and the chunky bars are definitely a nice touch. That said, some of it was a little too sweet for me. A few flavors were really good, but others were just kind of okay. It’s not bad at all, I just expected a bit more for the price and all that.

"Delivery kept getting pushed back"
I ordered from Tony's thinking it would show up in a few days, but the delivery just dragged on and on. The frustrating part was that the timeline kept changing, like the goalposts were moving every time I checked. There were barely any updates and the tracking wasn’t clear at all, so I had no idea when it was actually coming. The chocolate itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping made the whole thing feel not worth it.

"Chocolate just didn’t taste fresh"
I ordered a few bars and honestly... not great. The chocolate tasted kind of old, like it had been sitting around for a while. Not fresh at all. For the price, I expected a lot better. Disappointing.

"Not much to choose from"
I went on Tony's thinking I’d have a bunch of options to browse, but it felt like the same few bars kept popping up. The flavors and sizes were limited, and some of the stuff I thought they usually had just wasn’t there. It’s kind of annoying because every time I think I know what they offer, the goalposts seem to move and suddenly the things I expected to find are missing. For a chocolate site, I was hoping to spend a little time picking something out, but there really wasn’t much to pick from. I ended up leaving without ordering.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, but the taste just didn’t work for me. It was way too sweet, and the chocolate flavor felt kind of flat instead of rich. I mentioned it because I thought maybe I’d gotten an off batch, but I felt a bit dismissed. Wouldn’t buy it again.

"Packaging was a mess again"
My box showed up crushed again, which is frustrating at this point. I tried reaching out about it, but the email replies felt like they were coming from robots and didn’t really address the issue. I just wish the packaging was handled better...

"Honestly, it felt a bit overpriced for what you get"
I thought the chocolate was fine overall, and I definitely didn’t hate it or anything, but for the price I paid, I was expecting something a lot more impressive. It tasted okay, just not special enough to make me feel like it was worth spending that much on it. Maybe if it had been cheaper I would’ve felt differently, but as it is, I don’t think the value is really there.

"Ordering was more frustrating than it needed to be"
Ordering was kind of annoying, honestly. The checkout page froze on me twice, once right when I was trying to review my cart and again when I hit the payment step, so I kept wondering if the order even went through. Then the confirmation email showed up late, which didn’t help, because I was checking my inbox, refreshing, looking in spam, wondering if I typed my email wrong, all that stuff. It worked out eventually, but the whole process felt way more stressful than it should have.

"Always seems to be sold out"
Every time I go to order, the flavours I actually want are out of stock. To be fair, they must be popular for a reason, but it’s still frustrating when it keeps happening.

"Good idea, but I’m not fully sold"
I like what Tony’s is trying to do with fair cocoa and better sourcing, and that’s what made me want to try it in the first place. The chocolate tastes good, no complaints there. I just wish they shared clearer updates on the actual impact, because that part still feels a little hard to describe or measure from the outside. It’s good chocolate, but it does feel a bit pricey for what it is.
